It boasts state-of-the-art technology including soil drought monitors at 1 and 3 feet and an advanced irrigation system that adjusts based on real-time soil data. A laser system protects the vines from birds, maximizing yield, while high fencing safeguards against wildlife. The vineyard shop is fully equipped with tractors, irrigation pumps, and storage facilities, including an office and a small apartment, ensuring seamless vineyard management and expansion potential.

Tasting Room: Built into the hillside for natural cooling, the winery features a modern tank room with variable-capacity tanks and a computerized horizontal wine press. The tasting room seats 38 and includes a glass wall overlooking the tank room, offering visitors a view into the winemaking process. An adjacent laboratory provides precise testing and monitoring for top-quality production.
